Lucy's 1st B-day

Last saturday we went to Lucy Lathrop's 1st birthday at the Fire Station in Edgewood, since her dad works there. We had a lot of fun looking at the old fire truck and seeing the lights. Maddie's favorite part was sitting inside the old fire truck. Later we had lunch which Madelyn never stepped away from the chips its was hilarious. The kids also decorated cupcakes as we watched Lucy open her gifts. We had a blast. Happy Birthday Lucy!!!

What a fun birthday idea. I am sure James wishes his dad was a fireman. Hope things are well with your family. Come to visit soon.

Your little one looks like he is getting big, mine is. I didn't realize that you had been updating your blog because I see that initial picture of your family and didn't scroll down for some reason. I have been out of it for a while and catching up on the whole blog thing. It's funny because I found some of the people on your blog that found me or I found them on other blogs. I noticed you don't have Sarah Young's (McLean) it's theyoungcrew.blogspot.com and ours is swangerlings.blogspot.com. Well you guys look good, I hope to hear from you.

What a cute party. At least chips are more appetizing than crackers with ketchup. Although I don't think most toddlers discriminate; the same creatures who cry when you won't let them pick up their chewed gum off the floor at a restaurant. Go figure. Looks like she had tons of fun!

I was blog hopping today and happened upon your site. You have a beautiful family. I can't believe that we are all old enough to be married with children. I would love to keep in touch...my family's blog is www.we4davis.blogspot.com.

Take Care, Kari (Sester) Davis
